About The Role
The Vendor Program Manager is a
revenue-first leadership role responsible for designing, building, and scaling strategic vendor-led programs that drive measurable business growth for NetCom Learning.
This role goes beyond traditional program management — you will act as the
owner of revenue-generating programs across vendor ecosystems (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Google, and others), creating structured initiatives that translate into
pipeline, bookings, and long-term partnerships.
You will define
how NetCom wins with vendors by building repeatable, scalable programs that align vendor priorities with NetCom's offerings (Adoptify AI, AI Certs, NetCom+, ILT, and more).
What's In It For You
- Own and build high-impact revenue programs across global vendor ecosystems
- Direct visibility with executive leadership and vendor stakeholders
- Opportunity to shape NetCom's next phase of growth (CSP, ISV, Marketplace)
- Work at the intersection of AI, cloud, and enterprise skilling transformation
- Drive programs that influence millions in pipeline and revenue
What You Will Do
Program Strategy & Revenue Creation
- Design and execute vendor-specific revenue programs that drive pipeline and bookings
- Build structured initiatives aligned to vendor priorities (e.g., AI adoption, cloud consumption, certifications, marketplace growth)
- Translate vendor opportunities into repeatable revenue engines
- Define clear success metrics tied to revenue, pipeline, and partner influence
Vendor Alignment & Ecosystem Growth
- Own relationships with vendor stakeholders (field teams, partner managers, program leads)
- Align NetCom offerings with vendor GTM motions (e.g., Copilot, AWS skilling, Cisco enablement)
- Identify funding opportunities (ESI, ECIF, CLC, Marketplace, etc.) and convert them into revenue programs
- Position NetCom as a strategic execution partner, not just a training provider
GTM & Demand Generation Programs
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs with vendors and internal teams
- Launch campaigns, workshops, events, and strategic initiatives that generate demand
- Create scalable models (e.g., enterprise skilling programs, subscription adoption, certification pathways)
- Partner with marketing and sales to ensure program-driven pipeline creation
Revenue Ownership & Performance Management
- Own program-level revenue targets, pipeline coverage, and conversion metrics
- Track performance across key KPIs: pipeline, bookings, learner volume, adoption, and renewals
- Continuously optimize programs based on performance data and market feedback
- Ensure programs are delivering ROI for both NetCom and vendor partners
Sales Enablement & Execution
- Develop program playbooks, value propositions, and sales assets
- Enable sales teams to position and sell vendor-aligned programs effectively
- Support deal progression through strategic involvement in key opportunities
- Ensure strong alignment between program strategy and sales execution
Cross-functional Leadership
- Work across product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute programs
- Act as the central orchestrator ensuring alignment and accountability
- Drive internal readiness for new initiatives, launches, and vendor motions
What We Are Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in Program Management, Partnerships, GTM, or Revenue-focused roles
- Proven ability to build and scale revenue-generating programs
- Strong understanding of vendor ecosystems (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, Google)
- Experience with enterprise sales, partnerships, or B2B GTM motions
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue, pipeline, or business growth metrics
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Education & Experience
- MBA / PGDM or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in EdTech, Cloud, AI, or Enterprise Learning is a strong plus
Why Join NetCom Learning
- Be part of a company at the forefront of AI and cloud skilling transformation
- Work directly with global technology leaders and vendor ecosystems
- Opportunity to build zero-to-one and scale programs with real business impact
- Collaborative, high-performance culture with strong leadership support
