Job Description

Printerpix is a rapidly expanding e-commerce brand at the forefront of online photo printing and personalised gifting. We believe in being there for life's milestones and everyday moments from personalised photo blankets to treasured photobooks, creating joy is at the heart of everything we do. As we push aggressively into new global markets and marketing channels, we're building a team of driven individuals who want real ownership, fast progression, and the chance to shape something meaningful.

Role Summary

As our Vendor Partnerships & Logistics Negotiator, you will be the driving force behind the commercial relationships and contractual frameworks that keep our global supply chain running efficiently and profitably. You will own the negotiation process end-to-end, identifying the right partners, securing the right terms, and continuously improving the cost and service performance that underpins our e-commerce operations across domestic and international markets.

What You'll Build

  • A High-Performance Partner Network: You will identify, develop, and deepen relationships with logistics and supply chain partners across freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery, securing contractual terms that balance cost, speed, and reliability as we scale.
  • Measurable Cost Reduction Programmes: You will design and deliver strategies to drive down logistics spend across freight, customs, and warehousing without sacrificing the delivery quality our customers expect. This includes route consolidation, carrier benchmarking, and new vendor introduction.
  • Supply Chain Continuity Frameworks: You will build contingency plans that protect our fulfilment capability against disruption, whether from port delays, carrier failures, or material shortages, through proactive risk assessment and a diversified supplier base.
  • Intelligence That Drives Decisions: You will turn logistics and supplier data into clear, evidence-based recommendations that leadership can act on, whether for renegotiation, network redesign, or strategic sourcing expansion.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 28 years in logistics, supply chain management, procurement, or strategic sourcing, with a strong track record in commercial negotiation and vendor management.
  • Commercial Negotiation: You lead supplier discussions with confidence, structuring agreements that deliver on cost, speed, and compliance without leaving value on the table.
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Knowledge: You understand freight forwarding across air, sea, and land, warehousing operations, customs compliance, and the last-mile challenges specific to e-commerce fulfilment.
  • Contract & SLA Management: You are comfortable drafting, reviewing, and enforcing complex service agreements, and you hold partners accountable to the terms they commit to.
  • Supplier Relationship Building: You build lasting, performance-oriented partnerships that go beyond transactional interactions, creating a supplier base that wants to support your growth.
  • Cost Discipline: You are always looking for where money is being left on the table and have a systematic approach to finding and closing those gaps.
  • Risk Thinking: You anticipate disruption before it happens and have frameworks for responding when it does.
  • Data Fluency: You use data to support your positions, track performance, and communicate outcomes clearly to internal stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with SAP SCM or comparable supply chain management platforms.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles applied to logistics environments.
  • Experience navigating international trade compliance and global sourcing.
  • Understanding of inventory planning and freight management best practices.

Why This Role

Compensation: Base salary with uncapped performance commission tied directly to cost savings and commercial outcomes you deliver.

This is a role built for a negotiator, not an administrator. The base reflects a starting point; the earning potential does not have one. Every contract you renegotiate, every cost saving you unlock, and every new logistics partnership you bring in at better terms contributes directly to a commission structure that rewards what you actually produce. Performers who go deep into our carrier relationships, master our cost base, and drive measurable improvements to our freight and warehousing spend have a clear path to total annual earnings equivalent to $50,000 USD or more.

If you are looking for a steady salary and a defined inbox, this is not the role for you. If you want to be paid for what you save and what you build, it is.
