Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in sales management, consulting, sales operations, or sales leadership.
• Experience managing contact centers, field operations, or tech support with a focus on meeting goals and metrics.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and global, cross-functional teams.
