Role Overview
We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Operations Executive to oversee and drive the daily performance of our onsite teams and vendor partners. The ideal candidate will ensure strong process adherence, timely follow-ups, and high operational quality while maintaining accurate system updates and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track the daily performance of onsite teams and vendors against defined KPIs.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all assigned tasks and escalations.
- Enforce process and compliance adherence across operations.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure that work meets required standards.
- Update internal systems and trackers regularly to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on performance, quality, and compliance metrics.
- Identify gaps or bottlenecks in execution and drive accountability among team members and vendors.
- Proactively escalate performance or compliance issues to management when required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operations process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in operations, field management, or vendor coordination preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to push, follow up, and drive execution.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and capable of preparing structured reports.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
