About the Role
We are executing a large-scale workplace filming project across multiple environments in North India and are onboarding Field Operations Partners who can help arrange locations and manage on-ground execution.
This is a high-volume, project-based opportunity ideal for individuals or agencies with strong local networks and access to real work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange access to real-world work environments such as:
- Retail Operations
- Light Manufacturing
- Construction Sites
- Automotive Service Centers
- Food Service (Back of House)
- Coordinate and onboard participants for filming
- Manage on-ground logistics and execution
- Ensure smooth coordination between participants and recording teams
Requirements
- Strong local network in North India (Delhi NCR, UP, Haryana, Punjab preferred)
- Ability to arrange multiple participants and locations
- Experience in field operations, vendor management, or coordination roles
- Access to workplaces or ability to secure permissions
Project Details
- Duration: 2–3 months (ongoing project)
- Type: Project-based / contract engagement
- Scale: Multi-location, high-volume execution
Compensation
- Output-based / per hour model (to be discussed post-screening)
- Opportunity for high-volume payouts based on execution capacity
