Vendor Manager (Talent Acquisition)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in IT/Non IT recruitment, Headhunting and vendor management.

• Strong experience managing recruitment vendors and staffing partners.

• Hands-on experience in vendor empanelment and vendor governance.

• Good understanding of IT skills, technology hiring, and market trends.

• Experience handling multiple stakeholders and driving hiring priorities.

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
