Vendor Manager - Procurement & Contingent Workforce

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Manager for our Indian MNC client. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in vendor management, procurement, contingent workforce management, staffing partner management, and IT resource fulfillment.

This role requires someone who can manage staffing vendors, implementation partners, consulting firms, and supplier relationships for ERP, CRM, Data, AI, Cloud, and emerging technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor empanelment, onboarding, and documentation.
• Handle procurement coordination for staffing and contingent workforce requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with staffing vendors, consulting partners, and system integrators.
• Support contingent workforce hiring across contract, C2H, T&M, and project-based roles.
• Coordinate with internal teams, procurement teams, HR, TA, and business stakeholders.
• Share open requirements with vendors and ensure timely profile submissions.
• Negotiate rates, margins, payment terms, and vendor agreements.
• Track vendor performance, SLA adherence, quality of submissions, turnaround time, and closures.
• Maintain vendor database, rate cards, contracts, compliance documents, and empanelment records.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, vendor governance, and client process requirements.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
