Job Description

Responsibilites

• E2E sourcing, onboarding, and training of contractor interior vendors as per supply plan and ensuring strict adherence.

• Vendor Negotiations and owning Product Margins.

• Tracking of vendor's project POs, invoices, GST filing, and payments.

Primary ownership of contract vendor's rating, bandwidth, rewards, and churning along with day-to-day vendor escalation management.

•Proactively engage with stakeholders (QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams) to track/resolve the above

parameters/issues.

• Conducting monthly town halls with vendors.

• Active involvement in special projects/Key initiatives

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate/Post Graduate from any Institution.

• 4-5 years of experience in vendor management or operations

• Problem-solving capabilities

• Good communication skills – Verbal & Written

• Moderate skill in Excel, PPT, and Word

• Good aptitude

• Extremely high level of ownership

• Proactive and capable of prioritizing work
