A fast-scaling marketing agency in India, we craft and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential channels for national and global clients. We partner with top-tier vendors—from media buyers and production houses to influencers and tech platforms—to deliver high-impact, on-time, and budget-conscious campaigns. Our Vendor Managers are the glue between creative vision and operational delivery, ensuring seamless vendor coordination, compliance, and value optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Onboard, negotiate with, and manage a dynamic portfolio of marketing vendors across media, production, digital, and experiential categories.
- Drive cost-efficiency by benchmarking vendor quotes, negotiating contracts, and maintaining rate cards that align with campaign budgets.
- Oversee vendor performance against SLAs—timelines, quality, deliverables—and enforce accountability through regular reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account, Creative, Strategy) to align vendor capabilities with campaign objectives and briefs.
- Maintain a centralized vendor database with updated contracts, performance metrics, and compliance documentation.
- Proactively identify and onboard new vendors to expand capabilities, ensure competitive pricing, and mitigate supply chain risks.
