Job Title: Vendor Management Manager

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Hybrid)

Company: Our client a leading multi-bank supply chain finance fintech platform

Our client, a fast-scaling fintech backed by a global venture ecosystem, is seeking an experienced Vendor Management Manager to lead the end-to-end vendor lifecycle across sourcing, negotiation, onboarding, performance management, and governance. This is a high-impact role requiring strong commercial acumen, strategic oversight, and an ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute vendor management strategies aligned with business goals

Identify, evaluate, and onboard technology and service vendors

Lead commercial and contract negotiations, including pricing, SLAs, and terms

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations for compliance and governance

Establish and track vendor KPIs; conduct audits and risk assessments

Manage tech contractor performance and merit-based evaluations

Drive continuous improvement and implement automation-led vendor processes

Build strong internal stakeholder relationships and ensure delivery commitments

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supplier governance

Strong background in technology, SaaS, fintech, BFSI, or IT services preferred

Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor performance management

Exposure to procurement systems or vendor management tools

Strong decision-making, stakeholder management, and risk assessment capability

Undergraduate degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Operations preferred)

HSR Layout Sector 1, Bengaluru Opposite NIFT College.
