A dynamic growth-stage tech education and upskilling platform operating across India, we partner with global edtech brands and local marketing agencies to scale acquisition, retention, and brand campaigns. Our vendor ecosystem drives performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital content delivery—requiring sharp, agile associates who can manage agency deliverables with precision and strategic oversight.
Role & Responsibilities
- Onboard, contract, and manage 10–15 marketing agencies across performance, social, and content verticals—with clear SLAs and KPIs.
- Track campaign performance, budget adherence, and timeline compliance—escalating delays or underperformance to leadership.
- Coordinate daily touchpoints between internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Growth) and agency partners to sync objectives and feedback.
- Reviewcreative assets, ad copy, and campaign reports for brand alignment, compliance, and quality before go-live.
- Own vendor scorecards, renewal reviews, and performance-based contract renegotiations based on ROI and delivery metrics.
- Document vendor workflows, communication protocols, and onboarding playbooks to standardize cross-functional collaboration.
