Accountabilities

Supplier Onboarding Delivery: Complete creation, extension, change, deactivation and activation activities within agreed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring master data integrity and operational readiness.

Collaborator Communication: Guide AZ users through the onboarding process with clear instructions, minimizing rejections and delays, and providing timely updates on request status.

Multi-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Supplier OnBoarding, the GBS Data Office and other groups to deliver best-in-class customer service and consistent global standards.

Case Management Rigor: Proactively follow up on open cases to drive timely completion, prevent backlogs and maintain a steady flow of work.

Supplier Engagement and Diversity Data: Communicate professionally with AZ suppliers to collect required data, including information supporting the Supplier Diversity program.

Team Resilience: Offer backup assistance to colleagues when needed to sustain service continuity and meet demand peaks.

Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities and inspire changes that simplify processes, raise quality and enhance user experience.

Process and Systems Change: Assist with process build updates and user acceptance testing (UAT), chipping in to robust implementations and effective controls.

Productivity and Compliance: Participate actively in system or process changes that lift productivity, ensure compliance and improve usability.

Complex Issue Resolution: Address more complex issues by engaging the right teams to achieve permanent, end-to-end problem resolution.

Performance Excellence: Meet objectives on time and with high accuracy, demonstrating ownership and reliability from day one.

Essential Skills/Experience

Deliver supplier onboarding activities (creation, extension, change, deactivation, activation, etc.) within agreed SLAs and KPI targets.

Communicate with AZ users to guide them effectively through the supplier onboarding process, minimizing rejections and delays, and providing timely updates on their requests.

Collaborate with various teams within Supplier OnBoarding, the wider GBS Data Office, and other relevant departments to ensure best-in-class customer service.

Regularly follow up on open cases to ensure timely completion and avoid backlogs.

Interact with AZ suppliers in a professional manner when collecting supplier data or information required for the Supplier Diversity program.

Provide backup support within the team when required.

Identify and drive improvement opportunities where applicable.

Support process design changes and systems testing (UAT).

Actively participate in the implementation of necessary system or process changes to drive productivity, ensure compliance, and improve user experience.

Address more complex issues with the appropriate teams in the organization to achieve permanent problem resolution.

Achieve objectives in a timely and accurate manner.

Desirable Skills/Experience

Experience with supplier master data management and source-to-pay platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa).

Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs and case management tools, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Knowledge of supplier diversity principles and related data requirements.

Exposure to process improvement methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and change management practices.

Strong stakeholder management skills and clear written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in Excel and data validation techniques; attention to detail and control mindset.

Experience in shared services or global business services environments.

Multilingual capabilities to engage suppliers across regions.
