Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vendor Development Engineer located in Ghaziabad. The Vendor Development Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new vendors, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company's quality and cost objectives. The role also involves evaluating vendor performance, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding and supply chain management. Additional responsibilities include supporting business planning and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills to assess vendor capabilities and performance
• Excellent Communication and Sales abilities to establish and maintain supplier relationships
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members for vendor development processes
• Knowledge of supply chain management and contract negotiation
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
