Key Deliverables:

  2. Drive innovation in product development, collaborating with business and innovation teams for menu and category enhancements.
  3. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring cost efficiency and quality in outsourced products.
  4. Conduct audits and implement corrective actions to meet food safety and hygiene standards.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Guide the culinary team to achieve high standards in food quality, safety, and timely delivery.
  2. Coordinate with external vendors and business teams to maintain cost-effective procurement and product pricing.
  3. Manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient utilization, training, and optimal scheduling.
