Vendor & Delivery Operations Manager Contract Staffing

We're hiring someone to own the operational backbone of our contract staffing delivery: the vendor panel, all deployment documentation, and everything that happens between a candidate's selection and their first day at the client.

Responsibilities

• Own the vendor panel end to end: onboarding, agreements, rate negotiation, compliance documentation and performance scorecards
• Set and enforce vendor quality standards, tracking submission-to-selection performance by vendor
• Manage all deployment documentation — client onboarding paperwork, background verification, compliance packs — so nothing delays a start date
• Own post-selection candidate management: offer to onboarding to day one at the client, including joining commitment and follow-through
• Build repeatable SOPs and tracking so the process scales with headcount

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in vendor management, resource management or delivery operations within IT contract staffing or staff augmentation
• Hands-on experience managing a sub-vendor panel, including commercial negotiation on rates and terms
• Strong command of deployment documentation and compliance — BGV, client onboarding formalities, contracts
• Experience managing candidates through the offer-to-joining window, with a track record of reducing drop-offs
• Comfortable owning a process independently and improving it, rather than waiting for direction
• Working knowledge of an ATS/HRMS (we run Zoho Recruit and Zoho People)

Compensation
