Job Description

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day vending operations, ensuring machines are stocked, clean, and functioning properly.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor machine performance and initiate repairs or maintenance as needed.
  • Key account management for clients and see the machines are running smoothly and all the products are provided on time
  • Have regular client meetings to understand and solve problems

Team Supervision:

  • Train, and manage a team of vending city spoc
  • Coordinate with site spoc for efficient vending machine operations .
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and support.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

  • Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent product availability.
  • Implement inventory tracking and management systems.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor budgets, track expenses,.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Minimize Vending Maintenance and Shifting cost with Vendor .

Customer Relations and Service Quality:

  • Address customer complaints or service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and secure new business opportunities.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by law and company policy.
  • Train staff on safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in operations management, preferably in vending, logistics, or retail.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with inventory management and route optimization software.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
