Vehicle thermal management and EV CFD Simulation

• Preparing 1D/3D CFD model for battery and e-axle Flow/Thermal management, Cooling systems and sub systems.
• Applying basic loading and boundary conditions for the analysis.
• Should be able to perform post processing, result analysis, discussion with designers and detailed report preparation.
• Interacting with the design teams and testing teams for executing the CFD analysis of EV components like battery and e-axle, suggesting countermeasures.

Competency Requirements

Technical / Functional:

• Hands on experience on using - Star CCM +, Particle works, GT-Suite
• Basic knowhow of CFD method and process.
• Basic knowledge of EV Vehicle system, cooling, HVAC systems and sub systems.
• Problem solving and data interpretation skills are required.
