Role Overview

We are looking for a Vehicle Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operation, inspection, maintenance coordination, and readiness of our off-road vehicles.

The role is highly hands-on and is suitable for someone interested in automobiles, motorsports, vehicle maintenance, and operations.

Ensure vehicles are clean, fuelled, and ready for customer rides.

Assist with vehicle starting, positioning, movement, and parking during operations.

Report vehicle faults, damages, unusual sounds, or performance issues immediately.

Maintain vehicle inspection and maintenance records.

Drive/operate off-road vehicles with customers as an Instructor, ensuring a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience.

Coordinate with mechanics/technical staff for repairs and preventive maintenance.

Track vehicles that are under maintenance and follow up on their readiness.

Assist during events and high-footfall days with vehicle allocation and operations.

Ensure customers receive vehicles that are safe and operationally ready.

Support instructors and the operations team during customer rides.

Follow all vehicle safety and operational procedures.

Maintain basic inventory records for vehicle-related consumables and spare parts.

Assist in identifying recurring vehicle issues and reporting them to the operations manager.
