Location: Bengaluru Work from Office (5 days a week)

With a focus on East Africa as a starting point, Zeno is building a new energy ecosystem

with ground-up development of a fundamentally better electric motorcycle and associated

battery swap network to drive a better experience for our customers.

The Role

Zeno is seeking a Vehicle Dynamics Validation Engineer to lead the validation and

performance testing of electric two-wheeler chassis and suspension systems. This role

ensures optimal ride comfort, handling, and stability through rigorous testing and analysis,

contributing to world-class product development.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute vehicle dynamics validation for electric motorcycles, including

ride handling, suspension tuning, and stability tests.

Develop and implement test procedures for ride comfort, steering response,

braking performance, and cornering stability.

Perform instrumentation setup for data acquisition (accelerometers, strain

gauges, telemetry systems).

Analyze test data to validate compliance with design targets and regulatory

standards.

Collaborate with design and simulation teams to correlate CAE models with

physical test results.

Drive continuous improvement in ride quality and handling through iterative

testing and feedback loops.

Ensure compliance with global safety and performance standards for twowheelers.

Prepare detailed validation reports and communicate findings to cross-functional

teams.

Support root cause analysis for any performance deviations and recommend

corrective actions.

Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure component

integrity during validation.

Should have knowledge of all testing & instrumentation equipment and shall

support the procurement, maintenance and usage of the same.

What You Bring

710 years of experience in vehicle dynamics, chassis validation, or ride &

handling testing in automotive or two-wheeler industry.

Strong knowledge of suspension systems, steering geometry, and tire dynamics.

Hands-on experience with vehicle testing equipment and data acquisition

systems.

Familiarity with CAE tools for dynamics simulation (Adams, MATLAB, etc.).

Understanding of ISO and regulatory standards for vehicle performance and

safety.

Ability to interpret complex test data and provide actionable insights.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment and travel for test

programs.
