We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end project execution for our fintech solutions.

The Hats You Will Wear
- Own and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of fintech solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Lead sprint planning, and retrospectives to optimize project efficiency.
- Drive the integration and deployment of fintech solutions with banking partners and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and technical best practices.
- Identify roadblocks and proactively mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, dependencies, and critical issues to leadership and stakeholders.
- Optimize resource allocation and ensure high collaboration among technical and business teams.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and ensure clear documentation of project needs.
The Perfect Fit
- 4-6 years of experience in technical project management within fintech, banking, SaaS, or a related industry.
- Must have a B.Tech/B.degree with a solid technical foundation.
- Proven experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Technical know-how with the ability to understand and communicate technical jargon effectively.
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud infrastructure, microservices, and system architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work with engineering teams, clients, and business leaders.
- Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
Your Edge Over The Rest
- Strong understanding of fintech solutions, digital lending, payments, or banking integrations will have an edge over the rest.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
