Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned Veeva Vault Lead with 4–9 years of experience in designing, delivering, and governing enterprise-scale Veeva Vault solutions in FMCG environments. The role requires ownership of solution architecture, complex integrations, SDK development, migration leadership, and cross‑functional engagement across Quality, Packaging, R&D, Supplier Quality, and Regulatory functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Veeva Vault solution design for QualityOne/QualityDocs and FMCG processes.
- Architect scalable configurations: objects, lifecycles, workflows, roles, DAC, and security.
- Guide and review Vault SDK components (user actions, triggers, scheduled jobs, integration logic).
- Own integration strategy with SAP ECC/S4, PLM, AWS (Glue, Lambda), or middleware.
- Oversee large‑scale data migrations, mapping, quality checks, and cutover execution.
- Drive governance, release planning, validation (CSV), and compliance documentation.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Quality, R&D, Packaging, Supplier Quality teams.
- Provide L3 expertise, solve complex issues, and mentor junior & mid-level Vault engineers.
- Ensure alignment with FMCG standards (ISO, HACCP, FSMS, internal quality frameworks).
Skills Required
- 4–9 years hands-on Veeva Vault experience (QualityOne/QualityDocs/Medcomms/RIM/RegulatoryOne mandatory).
- Strong expertise in:
- Solution design & architecture
- VQL, REST APIs, and advanced configuration
- Vault SDK (Java) development & code review
- Workflow automation and lifecycle governance
- Enterprise integration patterns (SAP, PLM, AWS, Boomi/IFX/ETL tools)
- Deep understanding of FMCG quality & packaging processes.
- Experience in multi-market/global rollout programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Must have Veeva Vault Architect or Vault Professional Certification.
Good to Have
- Experience working with global FMCG brands (Unilever, Nestlé, P&G, Mondelez, PepsiCo, etc.).
- Exposure to DevOps, Agile delivery, and regulated environments.
- Experience with AI/automation initiatives in quality or documentation workflows.
