We are looking for an experienced Veeva Vault QMS Consultant / Lead with expertise in Veeva Vault QMS development, configuration, and administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical knowledge of the Veeva Vault platform, experience working in regulated industries, and the ability to lead teams while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain Veeva Vault QMS modules, objects, and system configurations.
- Manage quality events, actions, quality data, and picklists.
- Design and maintain workflows, lifecycles, content access, and formatted output forms.
- Perform impact analysis for Veeva quarterly releases and implement necessary enhancements.
- Develop and support integrations with external systems using MuleSoft, Informatica, or SnapLogic.
- Conduct functional, integration, and end-to-end testing before QA handover.
- Create and maintain QMS reports, dashboards, and system documentation.
- Manage user administration, security, document types, fields, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide day-to-day production support.
- Participate in internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with SDLC and change management processes.
- Stay updated with Veeva platform enhancements and recommend best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Veeva Vault QMS development and administration.
- Veeva Vault Platform/QMS Certification (Mandatory).
- Experience leading teams and working with business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, deployment, testing, and support processes.
- Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare domain.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
