Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
- Active Veeva Vault certification with hands-on configuration and administration experience.
- Strong experience working with GxP-compliant systems to ensure clinical and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience configuring Veeva Vault modules, including:
- eTMF
- SSU
- CTMS
- Strong understanding of Vault configuration concepts, including:
- Lifecycles
- Security Model
- Document Types
- Metadata
- Workflows
- Proven ability to troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes in both production and non-production environments.
Desired Skills (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Experience coordinating with integration teams and assessing integration impacts.
- Experience in test case development and release testing.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for incidents and problem tickets, including root cause analysis and remediation.
- Configure Vault components based on project requirements, including:
- Lifecycles
- Document Types
- Metadata
- Security
- Support environment strategy and management across development, testing, and production environments.
- Plan and execute Veeva general releases and environment refresh activities.
- Perform technical assessments for improvement and enhancement releases.
- Draft and review test cases, specifications, and test data packages.
- Review integration change requests and coordinate with integration teams to ensure compatibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement changes, and validate solutions in compliance with GxP standards.
