Your work profile

  • Configure and administer Veeva Vault RIM across Registration, Submission, Publishing, and Submission Archive modules.
  • Own release items end-to-end, Jira enhancements, technical solutioning, configuration build, testing, and deployment.
  • Design and maintain lifecycle states, workflows, action triggers, validation rules, and formula fields.
  • Build and optimize complex multi-pass reports and dashboards to support regulatory operations, metrics tracking, and business reporting needs.
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between Vault RIM and external systems such as translation management platforms, regulatory databases, and enterprise data sources.
  • Develop and maintain Veeva SDK-based customizations including action triggers, and custom triggers to extend platform capabilities beyond standard configuration.
  • Support OAuth 2.0 / Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication setup and troubleshooting for Vault integrations and connected applications.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Client, Veeva, and other external/internal stakeholders including regulatory, labelling, and alliance partner teams.
  • Utilize Postman to execute API calls, test endpoints, and debug integration issues between Vault RIM and external systems.
  • Configure and manage Vault security including custom sharing rules, matching sharing rules, dynamic access control, application roles, permission sets, and security profiles to ensure compliant and role-appropriate access across RIM modules.

Key skills required:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Veeva Vault administration, preferably Vault RIM.
  • Bachelors/Master Degree (preferably BE/BTech) with Programming background is must.
  • Strong working knowledge of VQL, validation rules, action triggers, lifecycle configuration, and formula fields.
  • Hands-on experience building complex multi-pass reports and configuring dashboards within Vault.
  • Proven experience supporting or building Vault integrations with external systems (APIs, Vault-to-Vault connections).
  • Working knowledge of Veeva SDK (Java-based entry actions, custom triggers).
  • Understanding of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect authentication flows, preferably with Azure AD / Entra ID integration experience.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory submission content plans, dossier items, registration tracking, and publishing processes.
  • Proven experience with configuration management and system validation in GxP settings.
  • Familiarity with GxP and validation documentation standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across global teams and vendors.
  • Hands-on experience using Postman for API testing, query execution, and troubleshooting integration failures.
  • Strong understanding of Veeva Vault security model including custom sharing rules, matching sharing rules, dynamic access control, application roles, permission sets, security profiles, and role-based access management in a complex multi-module RIM environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Exposure to AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway) in the context of Vault-related custom solutions or hosted code.
  • Veeva Vault certification (White Belt or above) is a plus.
  • Experience participating in POC evaluations for AI/automation tools within regulatory operations.
  • Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes

Location and way of working:

  • Base location: PAN India
  • Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.
