Your Role

As a Veeva Vault QualityOne Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and enhancing Veeva Vault QualityOne solutions to support quality, packaging, and supplier processes within FMCG environments. You will collaborate with business, quality, and IT stakeholders to design scalable and compliant solutions aligned with global standards.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead configuration of objects, lifecycles, workflows, roles, and security within Veeva Vault QualityOne.
  • Design and implement solutions for FMCG processes including Artwork, Specifications, Supplier Quality, and Change Control.
  • Develop and enhance solutions using Vault SDK components such as triggers, user actions, and scheduled jobs (good to have).
  • Build and support integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP ECC/S4, PLM, and AWS services (Glue, Lambda).
  • Lead data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and cutover planning.
  • Provide L3 support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues.

Your Profile

Experience

  • 4-9 years of hands-on experience in Veeva Vault QualityOne.
  • Strong experience in Vault configuration including objects, workflows, security, and lifecycles.
  • Good understanding of integration patterns, especially with SAP ECC/S4, PLM, or AWS services.
  • Experience in data migration, validation, and system cutover execution.
  • Exposure to Vault SDK development(good to have).
  • Integration experience:
    • 3+ years

Domain Knowledge

  • Mandatory experience in FMCG domain, especially in quality, packaging, and supplier processes.

Certifications

  • Veeva Vault Product Certification - Mandatory.
