We're looking for a skilled Veeva QMS Developer to join a high-impact Life Sciences engagement with one of the world's leading technology companies. You'll be building solutions, driving integrations, and keeping client's GxP-validated environment running smoothly. If you love turning complex quality process requirements into elegant Veeva configurations, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Own development and maintenance of solution architecture, system administration, security, and procedures across the Veeva Vault Platform.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into validated Veeva configurations, ensuring IT security and data integrity.
- Partner with the Validation team on Regulatory Applicability and Regulatory Risk Assessment documents.
- Author system design / configuration spec documents and detailed user stories.
- Conduct technical feasibility analyses and perform Veeva environment management.
- Develop custom solutions and integrations (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) using APIs, SOAP, and REST to automate workflows and enhance system capabilities.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Veeva Vault applications — workflows, metadata structures, and security settings.
- Strong Veeva Vault QMS background with documented GxP / regulated environment experience.
- Proficiency in XML, SQL, Java, and JavaScript; proven track record delivering cloud-based solutions.
- Experience building and managing enterprise integrations (SAP, Salesforce) via APIs, SOAP, REST.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and delivery of GxP validated systems.
- Veeva QMS Certification — a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in the Veeva SDK with hands-on SDK code development — a strong plus.
Who should apply
- A Veeva Vault developer with hands-on QMS or eQMS CAPA/ QRM module experience in a regulated life sciences environment.
- Someone who has navigated GxP validation cycles and is comfortable authoring or contributing to IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.
- A technically versatile developer who can bridge business requirements and system design — equally comfortable in discussions with QA leads and integration architects.
- Experienced in enterprise integrations and confident writing SDK code, not just clicking through config menus.
- Holding or actively pursuing a Veeva QMS certification, or eager to get there with our support.
