Location : Bangalore

Duration : 6+ months with high possibility of extensions

Job Summary:

Client is seeking a Veeva Clinical System Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to support Vault Clinical. This role focuses on system configuration, data setup for testing - data staging, environment management, and cross-functional coordination within a GxP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and administer Veeva Vault Clinical.

Perform system administration tasks across all environments.

Own release items - Jira enhancement, provide technical solutioning, configure the system

Coordinate environment refreshes, release deployments, and cutover activities.

Serve as a key liaison between Eli Lilly, Veeva, and other external/internal stakeholders.

Assist with test data preparation, system testing, and UAT support.

Collaborate with validation teams to provide inputs and support documentation (URS, FRS, IQ, OQ).

Well versed in Veeva SDK, Veeva integrations

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Veeva Vault administration, preferably Clinical Vault.

Solid understanding of Clinical workflows and compliance requirements.

Proven experience with configuration management, and system validation.

Familiarity with GxP and validation documentation standards.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and vendors.

Additional Comments:

SDK and Integration are a plus
