Job Description

Job Title: Veeva CRM - Senior Manager / Associate Director

Location: PAN India

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager/Associate Director with 15-18+ years of experience to lead our Veeva practice and drive transformational engagements across the life sciences industry. This is a strategic leadership position that combines deep technical expertise across multiple Veeva clouds with exceptional consulting acumen, pre-sales excellence, and practice-building capabilities.

As a senior member of our consulting practice, you will architect and deliver enterprise-wide Veeva solutions, serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, lead complex multi-million dollar implementations, and shape the future direction of our Veeva practice through thought leadership and team development.

Technical Expertise Required

Veeva Platform Mastery

Veeva CRM Suite:

  • Veeva CRM configuration (CLM presentations, call flows, territory and account models)
  • CRM Approved Email, Events Management, Engage, MyInsights
  • Veeva Align (territory alignment and planning)
  • Veeva Compass (incentive compensation management)

Veeva Vault Suite:

  • Vault PromoMats (commercial content management and MLR workflows)
  • Vault MedComms (medical affairs content management)
  • Vault RIM (regulatory submissions and document management)
  • Vault QualityDocs and QMS (quality management and CAPA workflows)
  • Vault Clinical Suite (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, Study Startup)
  • Vault Safety (pharmacovigilance and case management)

Integration & Data Management:

  • Veeva Network (customer master data management and HCP data quality)
  • Veeva OpenData integration and data enrichment strategies
  • Veeva Crossix (real-world data analytics and commercial insights)
  • Veeva Link, Nitro, and emerging platform capabilities

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 15-18+ years of experience in life sciences technology consulting, Veeva implementations, or equivalent enterprise software delivery
  • Demonstrated track record leading 5+ full lifecycle Veeva implementations across multiple cloud products
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise transformations valued at $5M+ with multiple workstreams
  • Client-facing consulting experience at Big 4, tier-1 consulting firms, or specialized life sciences consultancies strongly preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Master's degree (MS, MBA, MPH) or advanced degree strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Client Advisory

  • Lead and architect end-to-end Veeva transformation programs spanning multiple clouds (CRM, Vault PromoMats, Vault RIM, Vault Clinical, Vault Quality)
  • Serve as trusted advisor to clients on Veeva strategy, digital transformation roadmaps, and optimization opportunities
  • Manage executive-level relationships (VP/C-suite) and deliver strategic presentations on business value and ROI

Pre-Sales & Business Development

  • Drive RfP responses and proposal development for complex Veeva engagements valued at $5M+ with high win rates
  • Conduct executive-level Proof of Value (PoV) demonstrations showcasing platform capabilities and business outcomes
  • Lead solution architecture and scoping discussions during pre-sales cycles
  • Develop compelling value propositions, business cases, and ROI models that resonate with business and technology stakeholders
  • Contribute $2M-5M+ in annual revenue through new client acquisition and account expansion

Delivery Excellence

  • Lead large-scale implementation programs with multiple workstreams, managing cross-functional teams of 5-15+ consultants
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare support
  • Ensure delivery excellence with high client satisfaction scores (NPS 8+) and on-time, on-budget execution
