About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager/Associate Director with 15-18+ years of experience to lead our Veeva practice and drive transformational engagements across the life sciences industry. This is a strategic leadership position that combines deep technical expertise across multiple Veeva clouds with exceptional consulting acumen, pre-sales excellence, and practice-building capabilities.
As a senior member of our consulting practice, you will architect and deliver enterprise-wide Veeva solutions, serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, lead complex multi-million dollar implementations, and shape the future direction of our Veeva practice through thought leadership and team development.

- Vault PromoMats (commercial content management and MLR workflows)
- Vault MedComms (medical affairs content management)

Qualifications
Required Experience
- 15-18+ years of experience in life sciences technology consulting, Veeva implementations, or equivalent enterprise software delivery
- Demonstrated track record leading 5+ full lifecycle Veeva implementations across multiple cloud products
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise transformations valued at $5M+ with multiple workstreams
- Client-facing consulting experience at Big 4, tier-1 consulting firms, or specialized life sciences consultancies strongly preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required
- Master's degree (MS, MBA, MPH) or advanced degree strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Client Advisory
- Lead and architect end-to-end Veeva transformation programs spanning multiple clouds (CRM, Vault PromoMats, Vault RIM, Vault Clinical, Vault Quality)
- Serve as trusted advisor to clients on Veeva strategy, digital transformation roadmaps, and optimization opportunities
- Manage executive-level relationships (VP/C-suite) and deliver strategic presentations on business value and ROI
Pre-Sales & Business Development
- Drive RfP responses and proposal development for complex Veeva engagements valued at $5M+ with high win rates
- Conduct executive-level Proof of Value (PoV) demonstrations showcasing platform capabilities and business outcomes
- Lead solution architecture and scoping discussions during pre-sales cycles
- Develop compelling value propositions, business cases, and ROI models that resonate with business and technology stakeholders
- Contribute $2M-5M+ in annual revenue through new client acquisition and account expansion
Delivery Excellence
- Lead large-scale implementation programs with multiple workstreams, managing cross-functional teams of 5-15+ consultants
- Oversee full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare support
- Ensure delivery excellence with high client satisfaction scores (NPS 8+) and on-time, on-budget execution
