Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the Veeva CRM (Salesforce-based) system to meet organizational needs.
  • Customize the system by creating custom fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality standards and system integrity.
  • Perform system updates, patches, and ensure seamless integration with other platforms.
  • Develop and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end using cloud technologies.
  • Work closely with product, business, and stakeholder teams to align development with requirements.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Implement and manage system integrations to ensure consistent data flow across platforms.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in Veeva, Salesforce, and related technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's degree with 13 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field; OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 35 years of relevant experience; OR
  • Diploma with 79 years of relevant experience.

Must-Have Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Veeva CRM administration and Salesforce platform.
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.
  • Experience working in DevOps environments, building and maintaining scalable solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and continuous delivery practices.

Professional Certifications:

  • Veeva CRM or Salesforce Administrator (preferred)
  • SAFe for Teams certification (preferred)
