Your Role

As a Veeva Vault Clinical Specialist (CTMS & eTMF), you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing Veeva Vault Clinical solutions for Life Sciences clients. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, clinical teams, and IT partners to deliver compliant, scalable, and efficient clinical trial management and documentation solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Configure and manage Veeva Vault Clinical applications, including CTMS and eTMF modules.
  • Lead development activities and guide teams across the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and propose technology-driven solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory and domain standards.
  • Contribute to support transition activities, including documentation and knowledge transfer.

Your Profile

Experience

  • 4 to 6 years of total IT experience, with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing Veeva Vault solutions for Life Sciences clients.
  • Strong experience in Veeva Vault Clinical modules:
    • CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System)
    • eTMF (electronic Trial Master File)
  • Good understanding of Veeva Vault platform capabilities and configurations.
  • Experience in leading development teams and working with global client stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive projects end-to-end across implementation, configuration, and support phases.

Certifications

  • Veeva Certified Associate - Mandatory.
