Veeva Architect

Primary Skills-Must have

• 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences domain (Pharma / Biotech)
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (RIM / Quality / Clinical / Commercial)
• Strong experience in end-to-end Veeva implementations (Design → Config → Deployment → Hypercare)
• Expertise in Vault configuration – workflows, lifecycles, security model, document types
• Experience in integrations (REST APIs, middleware, data migration)
• Strong understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV/CSA validation processes
• Experience in client-facing roles – workshops, requirement gathering, stakeholder management
• Exposure to Regulatory / Quality / Clinical business processes
• Experience in solution design & estimation (RFPs, proposals)

Job Description

• Lead Veeva Vault solution architecture and implementation across modules (RIM / Quality / Clinical/Commercial)
• Drive client workshops, requirement discovery, and translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders
• Design and configure Vault components – workflows, lifecycles, security, reports, dashboards
• Own end-to-end delivery governance including design, build, testing, and deployment
• Define and implement integration strategies with external systems
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV/CSA, and regulatory standards
• Support pre-sales activities – demos, solutioning, effort estimation, proposal creation
• Build accelerators, reusable frameworks, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for validation, audits, and regulatory submissions
• Basic understanding of system validation, CSV, and compliance standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
