Commis 1 / Commis 2: 20,000 30,000 per month
DCDP: 30,000 35,000 per month
CDP: 40,000 45,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Ensure proper mise en place and timely food production.
Follow FIFO, food storage, and stock rotation procedures.
Minimize wastage and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations during service.
CDP/DCDP candidates should be capable of managing their section and guiding junior staff.
Requirements
Relevant experience in the applied cuisine.
Experience in hotels, restaurants, airport catering, lounges, or high-volume kitchens preferred.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
