6+ years of hands-on Veeam administration and troubleshooting

L2/L3 support experience (not L1 monitoring)

Experience with:

  • Veeam Backup & Replication
  • Backup failure troubleshooting
  • Root cause analysis
  • Tape libraries (MSL, StoreOnce, etc.)
  • SAN connectivity
  • Backup upgrades and patching
  • AWS/Azure integration
  • Escalation handling with Veeam support
  • Enterprise backup environment

 

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E)
