Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end automation strategy across Vector toolchain and vehicle software validation environments
  • Define and implement automation governance, standards, and best practices across projects
  • Drive CI/CD integration for test automation using Git-based workflows
  • Own and improve test automation lifecycle including test design, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Establish structured triaging and defect management processes for automated test environments
  • Support and enhance automation for Aspice level(SWE.4/SWE.5/SWE.6/Sys3) aligned testing activities
  • Contribute to automation of AAD components
  • Lead software flashing automation and integration into validation workflows
  • Drive vector toolchain integration across measurement, calibration, and simulation environments
  • Mentor teams and drive adoption of automation frameworks and standards
  • Creating workflow with supplier to improve the validation quality.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in automotive software or embedded systems domain.
  • Strong expertise in Vector toolchain (CANoe, CANape, vTestStudio) and CAPLbased automation.
  • Handson experience with Trace32 debugger and COM API scripting for flashing/debugging
  • Deep understanding of vehicle diagnostics (ISO 14229, ISO 15765) and transport protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of CAN, LIN, SOME/IP communication protocols and network management.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) for automation.
  • ASPICEaligned validation experience (SWE.4/5/6).
  • Handson experience of Boot Manager/Boot Loader/HSM flashing using Trace32
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Vector hardware interfaces (e.g., VN5650) and associated setup/configuration
  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and OSEKbased systems.
  • Experience in Pythonbased COM API integration with CANoe/Trace32.
  • Exposure to diagnostics platforms (e.g., Corvus).
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for CI/CD scaling.
  • Experience in automation lifecycle optimization for largescale test environments.
