Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments
Manage Citrix-based server-side components and Windows 10/11 client-side environments
Configure and manage user profiles, access permissions, and policy settings in VDI systems
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of VDI infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve VDI-related issues including performance, connectivity, and access problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support VDI deployments
Perform system backups and conduct disaster recovery testing for VDI environments
Maintain and update technical documentation for VDI infrastructure and operational procedures
Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices in VDI administration
Stay updated with emerging VDI technologies and improvements in virtualization platforms
