Position Title: VDI L3 Adminrole

Experience Level: 8-12 Years

Full Time

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month

Location: Remote

Shift: 5:30 pm - 2:30 am

Role Scope

• Operate within the VDI service tower with no cross-domain ownership
• Support enterprise user base in a regulated environment
• Align delivery with governance, security, and compliance standards
• Work within SLA/KPI-driven managed services model
• Collaborate with internal L2/L3/engineering teams for escalations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Cameyo Virtual App Delivery platform
• Ensure availability of published apps via web-based streaming
• Troubleshoot session, latency, and app performance issues
• Support user access issues aligned with Zero Trust model
• Handle incidents, service requests and escalations
• Monitor capacity, usage and performance
• Perform root cause analysis and preventive actions

• Performance optimization tools
• Automation scripts
• Monitoring dashboards
