• Install, configure, and administer VMware View (Horizon) VDI environments
• Manage automated desktop pools and linked clone configurations
• Maintain and support VMware vSphere / ESXi enterprise environments
• Configure user profiles using View Persona Management
• Monitor and optimize VDI infrastructure performance and desktop responsiveness
• Troubleshoot network, authentication, and desktop access issues
• Manage remote display protocols such as PCoIP and RDP
• Support backup, command-line tools, and system recovery operations
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure infrastructure stability and availability
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management
