Our client is a leading Tier-1 Pharmacy and Health & Wellness organization. The project involves providing 24x7 production support for mission-critical eCommerce applications supporting operations across the US and other global regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for enterprise applications.
• Investigate and resolve application incidents and production issues.
• Troubleshoot .NET applications, APIs, integrations, and database-related issues.
• Support REST/WCF services and cloud-hosted applications.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Participate in rotational shifts and weekend support as per project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational processes.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
