Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications.
Architect and implement complex front-end applications using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js.
Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalability across the application stack.
Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews and technical sessions.
Drive technical decision-making and contribute to architectural and Deliverables :
Deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure full-stack applications.
Reduce system latency and improve user experience through optimized coding practices.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with minimal defects.
Establish best practices and frameworks for long-term Qualifications :
9+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, Next.js.
Deep understanding of front-end performance optimization and responsive design.
Solid experience in backend architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
