CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in automotive spare parts or a trading/distribution business.
Industry Preference: Auto parts, automobile dealership, or similar industries with inventory-led Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, and compliance.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Proficiency in ERP software and advanced Excel.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Budget adherence and variance control.
