Vasai only - Quality Control Inspector

Accuron Industries is a CNC and VMC precision machining shop in Vasai East, making parts for the semiconductor and industrial sectors. We are growing, adding new machines. We need an experienced person to manage quality control on our shop floor.

What you'll do

• Inspect machined parts against drawings (incoming, in-process, and final inspection)
• Prepare inspection reports and keep quality records
• Manage day-to-day QC work on the shop floor and guide the junior QC team
• Raise NCRs and follow up with production on corrections
• Take care of measuring instruments and calibration records
• Support ISO 9001 audits and documentation

What we're looking for

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related field
• [2-4] years of experience in CNC/VMC machined parts inspection
• Can read engineering drawings and GD&T confidently
• Skilled with Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges
• CMM and ISO 9001 experience is a plus
• Willing to work rotating shifts (day and night)
