We are seeking a skilled Varicent Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing Varicent solutions to enhance our sales performance management processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Varicent SPM solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Varicent applications for performance and efficiency.
Maintain documentation of development processes and system configurations.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.

Skills and Qualifications

3-10 years of experience in Varicent SPM development.
Proficient in Varicent ICM and its modules.
Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
Experience in data modeling and data integration.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
