Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) Engineer located in the Mohali district, with some flexibility for remote work. The VAPT Engineer will be responsible for performing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of systems, applications, and networks. Key tasks include identifying security vulnerabilities, preparing detailed reports, and providing actionable recommendations. The role also involves collaborating with teams to improve overall cybersecurity posture, staying updated on the latest threats, tools, and mitigation techniques, and ensuring compliance with security best practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, and Security Auditing
• Understanding of AI Security concepts related to LLM's, Agents, RAG etc.
• Strong understanding of Network Security, Firewalls, and Web Application Security
• Familiarity with tools like Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, and Nessus
• Ability to document findings clearly and create professional assessment reports
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities such as OWASP Top 10
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and address security issues efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Industry certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or equivalent are preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to hybrid work environments

Compensation Package

The budget for this role is 350,000 - 500,000 LPA.
