We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for a Sales / Customer Calling Executive role.
Key Responsibilities:• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Handle customer queries and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain customer details and update call/sales records in CRM.
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
Ideal Candidate:• Good communication and convincing skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Comfortable working with sales targets
• Strong follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM/calling processes is an advantage
