The Global Operations Engineering team is a new team setup to solve complex problems within Pall's manufacturing and operations function. This is an exciting time to join this new team to help shape the future of Pall's manufacturing and operations functions.

This position is part of the Global Engineering Operations team and will be located in Pune, India.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Governance of Global Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) program to ensure operational margin expansion expectations and initiatives

• Create, improve, and maintain a structured VAVE standard work that ensures accurate VAVE funnel and project performance reporting

• Deliver clarity in VAVE process ownership to ensure accountability and results.

• Provide overall metric visibility for VAVE Non-PPV material productivity.

• Facilitate and support cross-functional, cross Business Unit and Supplier collaboration through DBS fundamentals to ideate and generate a healthy VAVE project funnel runway

• Manage and govern mould tools through a continuous preventative maintenance program throughout their operational life cycle and ensure consistent, high-quality mould tools for quality part production.

• Manage CAD drawing and design documentation support by providing a chain of custody between the design authority and interested parties whilst supporting documentation formatting standardization and migration to a central storage server location.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / Industrial or related) with 14-16 yrs of experience and minimum 4-5 yrs of experience in managing small or medium size teams.

• .M.S or M.Tech or MBA will be an added advantage

• Experience of first line management in high-pressure environments for heavily target driven teams.

• Strong project management skills to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience or exposure in Recruitment, training & developing as well as coaching team members Promote development activities that align with career path and associate growth

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and supply chain management.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Managing a global based team.

• Knowledge of cost analysis techniques and financial metrics.

• Proven experience in value engineering, VAVE execution or a similar role.
