The successful candidate will partner with portfolio company senior leadership teams to identify and execute value creation opportunities across areas such as network optimisation, cost transformation, procurement, growth strategy, pricing, asset utilisation, and operating model improvement. They will lead structured workstreams from diagnosis through implementation, build performance dashboards and business cases, support management decision-making, and act as a strategic bridge between the investment platform and portfolio management teams
The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 1 strategy / performance improvement platform and bring a strong track record of delivering work for logistics sector clients. They will combine rigorous analytical ability with practical execution skills, strong stakeholder management, and enough commercial maturity to operate credibly with senior management teams in a portfolio environment
