Role: Valuation Associate

We are a bank-empanelled valuation firm looking for an energetic Property Valuer to handle site assessments and drafting of valuation reports.
Job Responsibilities :
Visit residential & commercial properties for site inspection.
Gathering, verifying and compilation of property documents.
Measure site dimensions, collect necessary data and photographs.
Preparation of end-to-end valuation reports.
Coordinate with clients and bank officials.
Preferred Candidates :
Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Experience in property valuation.
Basic knowledge of building construction and property measurement
Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply
Bike & valid license for field visits.
