Position: Senior Valuation Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of business valuation and financial analysis to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling valuation assignments across various industries and supporting clients with valuation-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business, equity, and financial instrument valuations.
• Perform financial and industry research and analysis.
• Prepare valuation models using DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, and other relevant methodologies.
• Analyse financial statements, projections, and key business drivers.
• Prepare valuation reports, working papers, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with transaction, tax, transfer pricing, and other valuation-related assignments.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver assignments within timelines.
• Stay updated on relevant valuation standards, regulations, and market developments.

Requirements

• Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in valuation, transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or related areas.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Experience in preparing professional valuation reports will be an advantage.
