Responsibilities:
1. Performing valuations of various companies.
2. Supporting in financial statement preparation and analysis.
3. Participating in budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
4. Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making.
5. Assisting seniors to gather financial data and insights.
6. Assisting clients in due diligence.
7. Staying updated with changes in financial regulations and industry trends.
Skills Set Required:
1. Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.
2. Strong analytical skills
3. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, etc
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
