Hiring: Validation Tester | Pharma/CRO Domain | Chennai (Hybrid)

We are hiring a Validation Tester for a consultancy/client operating in the CRO / Pharma space.

Location: Chennai, India (Hybrid – local candidates preferred)

Duration: 12 Months (Contract-to-Hire)

Interview Mode: Video

Key Requirements:

5–8 years of CSV (Computer System Validation) experience

Strong experience in software testing and validation

Mandatory experience working with Pharma / CRO / regulated clients

Experience in regulated environments such as:

Pharmaceutical

Medical Device

Biotech

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Perform validation testing on software systems to ensure regulatory compliance

Create and execute test cases and test scripts

Identify, track, and report defects/issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery

Participate in project planning and status meetings

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
